Changeable Charlie

There has been a lot happening in Room 3 this week and it's not all about the children!  Charlie the newest member of our class has taken on a new look.  We were most concerned when his insatiable appetite saw his home, the swan plant, stripped of leaves.  However, the caring spirit of Room 3 saw afew children donating extra vegetation for Charlies predicament... and then there was Bob! Ask your child about Bob otherwise I'll be here all night!

 

Charlie and Bob have been great inspiration for our writing. 

 

 

We have a swan plant in Room 3. It has two caterpillars on it. It is magnificent. They are good crawlers. Joseph

We have a caterpillar called Charlie in Room 3 and he is magnificent. He is striped like a tiger and that is cool. Soon he is going to turn into a butterfly. Gus

Charlie is really amazing and nice and we love him so much.  He has stripes like a tiger and now he has had a baby. I think we should call the baby Max because he is really nice just like Charlie. I love our caterpillars.  It is really cool to have caterpillars in our class. Neve

Charlie our caterpillar is colourful and we love him. He is eating heaps and Lenny brought another swan plant for him to eat because he is nice. Tom
